Hyderabad-based T-Hub, one of India's largest startup incubators, has launched Blueprint, a 12-month founder fellowship designed to help deep-tech startups make the difficult jump from early traction to scale. Unveiled on 13 August 2026, the programme is pitched not as another cohort-style accelerator but as a hands-on partnership in which T-Hub embeds itself into a startup's operations.
The gap Blueprint is built for
Deep-tech founders are usually brilliant technologists and, just as often, first-time operators. They can build a novel sensor, drug or drone, but stumble on the commercial scaffolding around it — pricing, enterprise sales, fundraising narratives, org design and governance. That "lab-to-scale" valley is where many promising hard-tech companies stall.
Blueprint targets exactly that gap. Under the programme, T-Hub says it will act as a generalist CXO for each startup, co-building the operating and commercial foundations that technical founders need to unlock their next phase of growth, tailored to each company's stage and sector.
How it works
Founders admitted to Blueprint receive a clear operating plan for the coming 12 months and structured preparation for their next fundraise — including a venture-capital-ready pitch and a complete data room covering financials, ownership structure, legal documents and business traction. T-Hub then says it will take that readiness to market on the founders' behalf, brokering investor interactions, enterprise contracts and international exposure.
In effect, the fellowship tries to compress the years of trial-and-error that many deep-tech founders spend learning to run a company into a single, guided year — with T-Hub's networks standing in for the operating experience most technical teams lack.
The first cohort
Blueprint opens with a cohort of 14 deep-tech startups spanning energy, space, health, industrial software and hardware: Kritsnam, ArtusAI, Litemed, Zodhya, Arkle Energy, Sensehealth, Vahn, Buildwright, Sanyark Space, Semex AI, Pavakah Energy, Vecros, Portl and Storyvord.
The line-up reflects the breadth of India's deep-tech pipeline — from water-metering and clean-energy ventures to space systems, drone autonomy and applied-AI companies — precisely the kinds of businesses that tend to have strong technology but need help translating it into repeatable revenue.
Why it matters
India now counts thousands of deep-tech startups, and government missions in semiconductors, space, quantum and AI are steadily widening the funnel of early-stage companies. But surviving the move from a working prototype to a scaling business remains the sector's hardest problem — and one that capital alone does not solve.
Programmes like Blueprint matter because they attack the operating-capacity bottleneck rather than just the funding one. By offering founders a temporary operating partner and a direct line to investors and enterprise buyers, T-Hub is trying to raise the survival odds for exactly the companies India's frontier-tech ambitions depend on. Whether a 12-month, high-touch model can scale beyond a small cohort will be the real test — but as a signal of where India's incubators are focusing, Blueprint is a notable one.
