SquadStack Describes Outcome-Linked Pricing Alongside Its Published Per-Minute Offer
A September announcement describes a base fee plus success-linked charges. The live pricing page still advertises per-minute billing, so the scope of the new model needs clarification.

A 14 September announcement describes SquadStack introducing outcome-linked pricing for voice-AI sales agents. Under that account, customers pay a base fee and a success-linked component tied to agreed business results.
However, the company's live pricing page, checked on 20 September, still advertises paying for minutes. That creates an unresolved question about whether the new model applies to selected enterprise arrangements, a particular product or a broader transition that has not yet reached the public pricing page.
The available evidence does not support a blanket claim that SquadStack has ended per-minute billing for every customer.
The contract determines what counts as success
An outcome-linked fee requires a definition of the outcome, an agreed method of attribution and a way to handle events outside the agent's control. A sales conversation, a qualified lead and a completed disbursal are different milestones.
The September announcement describes a mixed fee structure, so it should not be presented as a service paid entirely on success. Nor do company-reported conversion figures independently establish that the AI caused an improvement.
A current company explanation is needed to reconcile the two descriptions. Repeated copies of the same announcement are not independent confirmation.
The scope of the new offer remains the key question.
