AllSecureX Raises Pre-Seed Funding for Post-Quantum Migration Tools
AllSecureX has reported backing from Finvolve and India Accelerator for its cyber-defence platform. Planned pilots will need to show whether its cryptographic discovery and migration tools work in demanding operational environments.

Before an organisation can replace vulnerable cryptography, it needs to know where that cryptography is used. That inventory problem is central to AllSecureX’s pitch.
The startup has raised pre-seed funding from Finvolve and India Accelerator, according to ETEntrepreneur’s September 10 report. The amount was not disclosed in the report. Product development, controlled defence and space pilots, intellectual-property work and hiring are identified as intended uses.
Those plans describe the next stage of development. They do not establish procurement contracts or successful deployments in classified environments.
Finding the cryptography before changing it
AllSecureX describes QuantumVault as a platform for cryptographic discovery, exposure assessment and migration. Its advertised tools inspect source code, binaries and configuration, and generate a cryptographic bill of materials: a record of algorithms and related components that an organisation needs to track.
The company also describes an SDK using post-quantum algorithms standardised by NIST. These have different jobs. FIPS 203 specifies ML-KEM, a key-encapsulation mechanism; FIPS 204 and 205 specify digital-signature schemes.
Supporting those algorithms does not, by itself, establish that an entire product has passed independent security validation. Implementation, configuration and the systems around the algorithms remain part of the security problem.
What the pilots need to establish
The funding report describes pilot interest and proposed controlled execution. It does not provide published results demonstrating detection accuracy or successful migration across an operational defence network.
A useful evaluation would test what the discovery tools miss as well as what they find. It would also examine whether a migration preserves interoperability, whether problems can be diagnosed, and whether the resulting inventory remains accurate as software changes. These are our assessment criteria, not outcomes already reported by the company.
Why it matters
The practical challenge in post-quantum security is larger than adopting a new algorithm. Organisations need to identify dependencies and move systems without losing the ability to operate and maintain them.
AllSecureX is targeting that work from India. The financing supports an attempt to build and test the tools; repeatable pilot evidence will show how much of the proposed capability is ready for wider use.
